| I have upgraded my
SiteWatch™ software. Why can I not logon to ViewWatch™
? |

| ViewWatch™ applets may be stored in your Internet Explorer
cache. Once you upgrade your software you need to clear the old
applets from cache. Do this by closing all instances of Internet
Explorer, then navigating to a website other than the ViewWatch™
page. Select Tools, Internet Options and delete the Temporary Internet
Files. You may then return to the ViewWatch™ logo page. |
