How do I know what e-Watch service version I am using?

To find the service version please follow these steps. You will need access to the machine where you installed the e-Watch SiteWatch application.

  1. Go to the desktop of the machine where you installed SiteWatch.
  2. Double click on the “e-Watch Server App” shortcut
  3. The e-Watch server application should open; look at the upper middle numbers on the title bar.
  4. Find the numbers that follow the “Service Version” tags.
